Semiautomatic countertop labeling machine is a semiautomatic countertop labeling machine equipped with a labeling station for the application of a self-adhesive body label (or label and back with mixed roll) on cylindrical and conical containers (maximum taper 1st total) such as bottles , jars, cans, cans, bottles.
The kit to automate the exit of cylindrical containers on the final collection stand is already included as standard: in this way the machine becomes in effect a small automatic counter. The equipment is equipped with a three-phase motorization that guarantees better precision and regularity in labeling. Machine management software accessible via display with the possibility of memorizing up to 49 different labeling programs.

Possibility of labeling also square or shaped formats using the relative accessory.
Possibility of labeling even small cylindrical formats, with a diameter starting from 40 mm.
Possibility to also label hexagonal / octagonal jars with orientation.
Possibility of applying wrap-around or semi-wrap labels.
Ability to search for the label on already labeled containers or to search for the side notch or notch on the bottom of the bottle
Possibility of installing the marker for printing the production batch and / or expiration date.

Customizable machine: thanks to the modular design, each piece of equipment can be modified ad hoc to meet the specific needs of the customer, through the creation of special groups tailored to the individual order.
On request, it is possible to carry out a packaging test using the samples of bottles and labels provided by the customer, who can view the labeling results on their products via video or directly in person.

Our After-Sales and Technical Assistance department is able to assist the customer even remotely using the current video conferencing and remote desktop tools.
