Semi-automatic filling and capping machine for doypack bags with spout (spouted stand-up pouches).

All parts that come into contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel with specific seals certified for food products such as energy drinks, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics

Our Doypack packaging machines perform the filling and sealing of doypack-type pouches (flexible pouches with existing spout, also called stand up pouches) in a single operation. To be used with liquid or semi-dense products.

The machine is also capable of packaging viscous liquid products with soft particles or fibers in suspension and is also suitable for hot filling (100 ° C).

The capper closes the plastic screw caps of the doypack bags. The cap is sealed by an air motor with torque adjustment. All parts in contact with the product are made of 316 stainless steel.

After filling the bag, the machine screws the cap and seals the bag
