The pneumatically operated semi-automatic machine is designed for filling and capping flexible doypack bags (with pre-welded spout), ideal for liquid and semi-dense products. Dosing is carried out by a Doselite volumetric pump, guaranteeing precision and reliability.

All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel, a resistant material suitable for contact with food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical products, ensuring maximum hygiene and safety. The machine is available in versions with or without inert gas injection before capping, to extend the shelf life of the product.

The cap is screwed on by a pneumatic motor, with torque adjustment, to ensure a safe and uniform closure. This volumetric dosing unit is particularly suitable for filling even viscous products that contain particles or soft fibres in suspension, and is designed to operate even with products at high temperatures, meeting a wide range of production requirements.
