The pneumatically operated semi-automatic machine is designed for the precise filling and capping of glass jars containing liquid, viscous products or products with suspended particles. Thanks to the volumetric dosing pump, adjustable volumes from 50 to 1500 ml can be dosed, offering great flexibility for different applications. The integrated capping system, specially designed for twist-off caps, ensures a tight and secure seal.

Technical and operational features:

High-quality construction: Parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with food industry hygiene standards. The frame is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring robustness and durability.

Volumetric dosing pump: Allows precise dosing of volumes from 50 to 1300 ml, ideal for dense products or those containing suspended particles. The machine is designed to handle products up to 100°C (hot filling), maintaining constant precision even at high temperatures.
